For us, plagiarism seems to create the habit of "borrowing" rather than self-learning. To provide an example, when you were a student, have you ever copied the others work and claimed it as your? It may be normal among students to copy classmate's homework. However, looking thoroughly at this issue, student does not receive anything from homework at all, if they "just" copy. Moreover, copying habit can follow you after graduation. Somehow at the workplace or you family business, you can no longer copy and paste anymore. In real life, plagiarism is a criminal action.
